WATER TROUGHS
40 - 500 Gallon Water Troughs
Water Troughs. Pictured is our 500 gallon 12x4 water trough. We manufacture water troughs from 40 gallon up to 500 gallon with 8 sizes available. 7 out of 8 feature internal pipework feeds - this not only protects from the frost but also animals tampering. Our cattle drinking troughs are 2'3'' - 700mm high while our multi purpose sheep and cattle troughs are 18' - 450mm high.
All troughs come with at least a 32mm threaded plug to aid drainage. We also supply a good quality ball valve and float to get the installation going.

All troughs are hand made and utilize steel fabric as the main reinforcement.
PORTABLE COW STALLS & HEEL STONES
Mushroom Type Cubicle
We Manufacture portable cow stalls as well as concrete heel stones used in sand bedding. Our mushroom type cubicles as pictured are still very popular. These are available in 6'8'', 7' & 7'6'' bed lengths with widths available from 3'9'' up to 4'. We also manufacture ultra cow comfort bases which have provisions for a sleeved receiving post which then enables the cubicles to be placed at the intervals you require.
FEED TROUGHS
L-Shape, Single & Double Feed Troughs
We have 3 feed trough designs. L-Shape for feeding in an open passage. Single sided which are used to create a feed wall/barrier where cattle feed over one side. Double (pictured) which allow feeding from both sides. Our double feed trough features a central vein which prevents feed being pushed to far from cattle. Please call for sizes.
SLURRY SYSTEMS
Slurry Channels & Slats.
Slurry Channels available in 7'6'' lengths which are 3'3'' (100 cm) (internal) wide & deep.
These come complete with lifting sockets within the bed to allow easy installation.
Slatted tops as pictured are designed to suit our channels perfectly but can be used in your own channel application. These slats come in 10' (300 cm) lengths, 45'' (114cm) widths and are 8' (20cm) deep. They take a weight of 10 ton per axle. Slat holes are 1'&1/2' (40 mm) wide with the concrete brushed for a non slip finish.
Plain channel tops come in 7'6'' (230cm) lengths, 4' (120cm) widths and are 8' (20cm) thick. These also take 10 ton per axle and are brushed for non slip.
WALL PANELS/STOCK WALLING
Wall Units
We manufacture wall units in any length up to 15 foot (4580 mm) and can do heights of 2' (60 cm) 3' (90 cm) 3'3'' (100cm) & 4' (120 cm). Our units only come 5 inch (12.5cm) thick.
